Privacy Policy

Green Delta Systems is a small studio, and we collect as little as we can. This page says exactly what that is.

On the website

greendeltasystems.com has no analytics, no advertising and sets no cookies of its own. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to serve and protect the site.

If you email support, your message is handled by your email provider and ours. We keep support emails for as long as needed to help you and for our records.

When you buy

Checkout is run by Polar Software Inc., our merchant of record. Polar collects your email, country, and payment details, and handles tax and receipts under Polar's privacy policy. We never see your card number. We can see your email, your order and your license key so that we can support you.

In Yellow's Out

Yellow's Out sends no telemetry, usage statistics or crash reports to us. The only network traffic it makes is license activation and validation with Polar, which includes: your license key, your computer's name, your Windows version, and a hashed device fingerprint (a one-way hash derived from the machine name, username and processor count — it can't be reversed into those values). Validation happens each time the app starts while online. A signed copy of the last successful check is kept on your PC so the app can run offline for up to 14 days.

Everything else stays on your computer: settings, layout presets, overlay themes and the diagnostic log live in %AppData%\YellowsOut. You can delete that folder at any time; the uninstaller offers to.

In Pitwall

Pitwall has no accounts, ads or analytics, and it never sends your telemetry, laps, usage statistics or crash reports to us or anyone else. The only network traffic it makes is license activation and validation with Polar, which includes: your license key, your computer's name, your Windows version, and a hashed device fingerprint (a one-way hash derived from details of your computer; it can't be reversed into those details). Validation happens when Pitwall starts and every few hours while it runs, whenever you're online. A signed copy of the last successful check is kept on your PC so Pitwall can run offline for up to 14 days.

Everything else stays on your computer, by default in %LOCALAPPDATA%\GreenDelta\Pitwall (you can move it in Settings): telemetry samples for each recorded lap (speed, inputs, gear, track position and similar values); session details read from iRacing (track, car, session type, and your iRacing display name, iRating and license class); lap labels, reference-lap choices and coaching notes you add; your settings; and diagnostic logs, kept for 14 days. Logs don't contain telemetry, but they can contain file and folder paths, which may include your Windows user name. You can delete laps and sessions in the Browser tab, or delete everything by removing the data folder.

What you choose to share from Pitwall

Shared laps: a .pwtshare file you export contains that lap's telemetry plus the track, car, and your iRacing display name and iRating. Anyone you give the file to can see this, so only share laps with people you're comfortable seeing it.

Diagnostics: Settings → Support → Export diagnostics creates a file with Pitwall's logs, your settings, and basic system information (Windows and Pitwall versions, screen size, data folder location and size). It doesn't include telemetry or laps. Nothing is sent automatically; if you send it to us, we use it only to help with your support request.

iRacing data

Yellow's Out and Pitwall read live session data (driver names, car numbers, timing, telemetry) from the iRacing simulator running on your PC, purely to display it, analyze it and act on it locally. That data is not sent anywhere by either app.

Your rights and contact

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to delete your license activations. Email support@greendeltasystems.com. For anything Polar holds (payment records, receipts), use the Polar customer portal or contact Polar directly.
