Green Delta Systems is a small studio, and we collect as little as we can. This page says exactly what that is.

On the website

greendeltasystems.com has no analytics, no advertising and sets no cookies of its own. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to serve and protect the site.

If you email support, your message is handled by your email provider and ours. We keep support emails for as long as needed to help you and for our records.

When you buy

Checkout is run by Polar Software Inc., our merchant of record. Polar collects your email, country, and payment details, and handles tax and receipts under Polar's privacy policy. We never see your card number. We can see your email, your order and your license key so that we can support you.

In the software

Yellow's Out sends no telemetry, usage statistics or crash reports to us. The only network traffic it makes is license activation and validation with Polar, which includes: your license key, your computer's name, your Windows version, and a hashed device fingerprint (a one-way hash derived from the machine name, username and processor count — it can't be reversed into those values). Validation happens each time the app starts while online. A signed copy of the last successful check is kept on your PC so the app can run offline for up to 14 days.

Everything else stays on your computer: settings, layout presets, overlay themes and the diagnostic log live in %AppData%\YellowsOut. You can delete that folder at any time; the uninstaller offers to.

iRacing data

The software reads live session data (driver names, car numbers, timing) from the iRacing simulator running on your PC, purely to display it and act on it locally. That data is not sent anywhere by Yellow's Out.

Your rights and contact

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to delete your license activations. Email support@greendeltasystems.com. For anything Polar holds (payment records, receipts), use the Polar customer portal or contact Polar directly.
