Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of greendeltasystems.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of software from Green Delta Systems (“we”, “us”), an independent software studio in Gallatin, Tennessee, USA. Using the Site or buying our software means you agree to them.

1. Purchases

Our software is sold through Polar Software Inc. (“Polar”), which acts as the merchant of record. That means Polar is the party that charges your card, issues your receipt and invoice, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and processes refunds. Polar's own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout itself. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may apply a currency conversion.

2. Licenses

A purchase of Yellow's Out is a one-time payment for a license to use the software under the End User License Agreement. The license key you receive is personal to you and may be active on one computer at a time; you can move it between your own computers by deactivating it first. You may not share, resell or publish your key. Updates to the same major version (1.x) are included; we may charge separately for future major versions.

3. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: if the software doesn't work for you and we can't fix it, you can get your money back within 14 days.

4. What we don't promise

Yellow's Out reads data from, and sends commands to, the iRacing simulator. iRacing is developed by iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC, which is not affiliated with us and may change its software at any time. We work to keep up, but we can't guarantee compatibility with every future iRacing build, and we are not responsible for how iRacing treats commands sent through our software (for example, admin actions taken in a session you direct).

The software is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for it.

5. The Site

Content on the Site belongs to us or our licensors. You may link to it and quote it; please don't copy it wholesale. Email and Discord are for support; abusive use may be blocked.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Questions: support@greendeltasystems.com.
